Price Quotation Validity Disclaimer: Because prices may change over time, surgery package price quotations from Jet Medical Tourism to you will be valid for three (3) months from receipt of email and/or communication to you from Jet Medical Tourism via phone/email/text with surgery package price details.
Reschedule Policy: You can change your surgery date one (1) time if you send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org or directly to your patient coordinator no less than thirty-one (31) days before your scheduled surgery date. This one-time change lets you use your initial $250 USD booking deposit for a new surgery date which must be made within four (4) months from your initial surgery date. If you change your surgery date within thirty-one (31) days or more of the initial scheduled surgery date, then your initial $250 USD booking deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay a new $250 USD booking deposit to secure a new surgery date.
